It was lovely talking to some of you and hearing about your experiences over the last two weeks. It is good to see that you are working diligently and completing your daily activities. In order for you to continue making progress you need to ensure that you keep up your daily routine.

Activities- Once you log into Cracking Comprehension, you will be able to see the activities that have been assigned to you and the date that they need to be completed by. We are able to monitor your progress, check answers, mark longer answers and give you feedback for each of your tasks. Good luck!

Logging onto Reading Planet Online KS2 gives you access to an online library. Each eBook features an optional audio recording (with each word highlighted as it is read) and a variety of quizzes to check your understanding of what you have read.

 

Science – As part of our ‘Healthy Bodies’ topic in, we would like you to take part in an investigation to find out what happens to our heart when we exercise and why. Go through the Instruction for Investigation power point and Record your findings. Complete the Graph .

 

History and Art - ‘Changes in Britain since 1948’.

You should have by now completed your research on the decade of your choice. (Check under Week 3-4)

Can you now choose another decade (1950’s, 1960’s, 1970’s or 1980’s) and continue your research on what life was like to live in that period.

Make a poster of your chosen decade. Remember to include headings, sub-headings and pictures/ photographs. Make your poster eye-catching, informative and interesting to the reader.

 

PSHE We have found some Spring Mindfulness colouring sheets for you to complete. Take some time to listen to music and have some quiet time as you colour them in. Think of nice bright colours for the flowers.

PE- We hope you are remembering the importance of keeping your bodies fit and healthy and the importance of exercise. You must be exercising for at least an hour a day. Go for a walk, ride your bike or scooter or join Joe Wick on Youtube at 9am daily Monday-Friday!

French – Recap on all the French vocabulary you have learnt over the year and complete the Mindmap sheet
