Thank you all for your support during our Coronation Celebration Day!

Hopefully the wet weather did not spoil the experience too much as eating a picnic inside is not quite the same as being out in the sunshine.

We managed to raise £400 which will go towards the cost of one of the production shows for the pupils.

The cake competition was great; we were really impressed with all the entries.

However, there can only be one winner (and two runner ups).

HUGE congratulations to Betuel in Year 3 who took 1st place - such an original design and beautifully decorated.

Congratulations to Ioana in Year 5, Larisa in Year 4 and Radu in Year 2 for second place - I'm sure the cake tasted as amazing as it looked.

Finally, congratulations to Jesica in Year 5 who took third place with her individual Coronation biscuits.

Thank you to everyone who entered, our Coronation King had a tough job selecting the winners as there were so many amazing cakes to choose from!

Reminder

For the safety of our pupils, it is policy that only Year 5 or 6 children – with parent permission only, can walk home alone. However, they will not be allowed to collect and bring younger siblings with them.

If you would like your Year 5 or 6 children to walk home alone then we require written permission from yourself.

We WILL NOT consider allowing younger pupils to walk home alone or with anyone under the age of 15 years of age!

Thank you

Keeping us updated

If you have changed your telephone number or your address, please update the office as soon as possible, it is vital that we have up-to-date telephone numbers in case of an emergency.

Lost Property

Once again we have a mountain of lost property in the office, feel free to come and have a look through for any lost items of clothing.

In order to make it easier for us to return items to the rightful owner, please ensure you name everything.

Attendance

It's great to see an improvement in attendance.

Every pupil has their own attendance card which is stamped when they get 100% attendance each week, 5 stamps are needed to achieve the goal.

Well done to 251 children who were prize winners last half term and received a 'goody bag'.

We hope to see more pupils collecting 5 stamps this half term.
