RRSA Article 3: All organisations concerned with children should work towards what is best for the children.

Dear Parent / Carers,

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your ongoing support. It was great to see so many parents attending the Meet the Teacher sessions.

Children’s Sickness

As the school year is now in full swing, the usual germs are doing the rounds (for children and staff!)  We are promoting good hygiene habits at school and strongly advise you to do the same at home.  Remember, if it’s just a minor illness we would rather your child came to school - we will always call you if we think they’re not well enough to be here.  If you pick up a child, please see the admin staff that will help you sign your child out of school.

Vomiting and diarrhoea are more serious, and we would like to remind families that if your child is showing symptoms, as per NHS guidelines please keep them at home for 24 hours, so we don’t spread a virus. If the illness is persistent or you are concerned, please seek medical help

Uniform!!

Uniform is NOT optional!

Please ensure that your child attends school dressed appropriately – in school uniform.

This includes a shirt, a tie and black shoes.

Parent Governors

We will soon be holding elections for a new Parent Governor.

Please show your support to the school by joining our dedicated, supportive Governors.

Governors play a vital role in the development of the school and make decisions which are in the best interests of the children.

If you feel you can offer your time and want to help ensure Camrose develops into an Outstanding School then please see Jenni, in the School Office.

After School Clubs Begin!

You should by now have enroled your child in one of the After School Clubs that are available this term.

Please remember to check the finishing time of the club and arrive in plenty of time to collect them.

Head Boy and Head girl

The Head Boy and Girl are pupils who have shown good teamwork and leadership skills. They have shown care, respect to others and are reliable. Essentially, the Head Boy and girl display all the qualities our school vision and ethos strives for.

Massive congratulations to the 2023-24 Head Boy and Girl:
