RRSA Article 3: All organisations concerned with children should work towards what is best for the children.

On the 20th October, we were re-assessed for the Leading Parent Partnership Award. I am very pleased that we were successful again.

This is the third time we have renewed this award, showing the commitment all staff have to ensure parents are a valued part of the school community.

"The continued commitment of ALL staff to work in partnership with parents to support families to achieve positive outcomes holistically continues to evolve in line with needs."

Well done everyone!

MOBILE PHONES

Year 5 and Year 6 children can bring a mobile phone to school ONLY if they walk to and from school alone.  Parents should fill out a mobile phone consent form. This is available from the office.  Mobile phones should then be switched off and brought to the office where they will be kept in a locked drawer during the day.

Just a reminder ...

...Please do not send siblings under the age of 16 to collect the younger ones from school.  Thank you.

This term has seen the start of the Quadkids Personal Challenge. Eight children from Year 6 went to represent the school at Bannisters Sport Track and each took part in a variety of different events, including running, throwing and jumping.

After each event everyone recorded a score and they will return later in the year to see how much they have improved. The children were impeccably behaved and were a credit to the school.

THANK YOU!

We would like to say a huge thank you to those parents who have donated almost new uniform to the school and books and toys to the Nursery/Reception.

Your donations are very much appreciated.

We have more uniform than we can sell at the moment, so please do not send any more in just yet.  Thank you.
