RRSA Article 3: All organisations concerned with children should work towards what is best for the children.

Dear parents / carers,

The term has started well with pupils settling back into their lessons quickly. I would like to remind parents to ensure that their children arrive to school on time. The majority of our children are wonderful at this, but we still have quite a few who find it difficult arriving to school on time. It is really important that they are present for the register and the start of the school day - learning starts immediately.

We open the doors in the morning at 8:30am so that children are in school and ready to learn by 8:45am. I appreciate how difficult it can be sometimes, but please make a real effort this term.

As we progress through the Spring Term there is lots happening including the introduction of the new parent portal and a change to the way we communicate with you.

Please make sure you check the website for up-dates.

Parents Evening

Your preference was sought in relation to virtual or face to face parent meetings.

You chose face to face towards the end of March and a letter was sent out last week explaining this and giving you the dates for each year group.

PARKING!!

We have recently had complaints from local residents about parents from Camrose Primary School parking illegally and blocking access to resident driveways.

Please think about how and where you park.

We have requested Harrow Traffic Control to carry out unannounced checks between 8.40 and 9.10am and 3.00 and 3.30pm.

Cars parked illegally will be served a parking penalty notice and a charge of up to £120.

Uniform Reminder

Just a reminder, please ensure that your child is wearing school shoes and not boots or trainers.

If you do dress your child in boots for the walk to and from school, then add their shoes to their bag so that they can change into them once they get to class.
