RRSA Article 3: All organisations concerned with children should work towards what is best for the children.

The term has started well with pupils settling back into their lessons quickly. I would like to remind parents to ensure that their children arrive to school on time. The majority of our children are wonderful at this but we still have quite a few who find it difficult arriving to school on time. It is really important that they are present for the register and the start of the school day- learning starts immediately. We open the doors in the morning at 8:30am so that children are in school and ready to learn by 8:45am. I appreciate how difficult it can be sometimes but please make a real effort this term.

As we progress through the Spring Term there is a lot happening!

Please make sure you check the website and App for up-dates.

Just a reminder please ensure that you child is wearing school shoes and not boots or trainers. If you do dress your child in boots for the walk to and from school, then add their shoes to their bag so that they can change into them once they get to class.

REMINDER - MOBILE PHONES

Year 5 and Year 6 children can bring a mobile phone to school ONLY if they walk to and from school alone.  Parents should fill out a mobile phone consent form. This is available from the office.  Mobile phones should then be switched off and brought to the office where they will be kept in a locked drawer during the day.

LOST PROPERTY

Please come to the office if your child has lost an item of clothing.

Please put your child's name in all clothing items, this makes it easier for us to find the owners of jumpers, coats, etc.  Thank you

Updating contact details

Please ensure you inform the office of any new contact details.

Daily Absence

Just a reminder, you must call school every day that your child is absent from school.  Thank you
